By booking, using, or interacting with any of our services, you (“the client”) confirm your understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. They are designed to protect both your rights and ours and to ensure the highest level of professionalism and clarity in our service delivery.

2. Services

We offer a comprehensive range of residential and commercial cleaning solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. Our services include, but are not limited to:

3. Booking and Confirmation

  • Booking: Services can be booked through our website, via email, phone, or by speaking with a member of our customer service team. We may request specific details regarding your property so we can assess and schedule your service accurately.
  • Confirmation: All bookings are considered provisional until confirmed in writing (via email or text). Confirmation will include service date, time, scope, and estimated cost.
  • Access: The client must ensure clear and safe access to the premises on the agreed date and time. If keys or access codes are required, arrangements must be made in advance. Failure to grant access will be treated as a late cancellation.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Quotes: All quotes are based on the information provided by the client. We reserve the right to revise the quote if the scope of work is greater than initially described.
  • Payment: Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is due on the day of service completion. We accept payments via bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and approved invoicing.
  • Late Payment: Invoices unpaid after 7 calendar days may incur a late fee. Interest may be applied at a monthly rate of 5% until the outstanding amount is settled.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Notice Period: Clients must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to cancel or reschedule without charge.
  • Cancellation Charges: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the agreed service cost.
  • Missed Appointments: If our team arrives on-site and cannot gain access through our own fault, a full-service fee may be charged to cover operational costs.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Premises Preparation: Clients are responsible for ensuring that the areas to be cleaned are reasonably accessible and free of unnecessary clutter. Personal items and valuables should be secured.
  • Disclosure of Hazards: The client must inform us of any known hazards, including but not limited to structural damage, hazardous materials, or infestations, that may pose a risk during service delivery.
  • Utilities and Equipment: The client must ensure running water and electricity are available at the premises. We provide cleaning equipment and supplies unless otherwise specified.

7. Liability

  • Damage Reporting: Any damage suspected to be caused by our staff must be reported in writing within 24 hours of service completion for proper investigation.
  • Limitations of Liability: We do not accept liability for:
    • Damage to items not disclosed as fragile
    • Deterioration of surfaces due to existing damage or age
    • Permanent stains that cannot be removed despite best efforts
    • Any loss arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
  • Insurance: We hold comprehensive public liability insurance. Proof of coverage is available upon request.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to delivering a high-quality cleaning service. If you are unsatisfied with any part of our work, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the affected area at no extra cost, provided the original scope of work was followed, and the issue is within reasonable standards of cleanliness.

9. Use of Staff

Clients agree not to directly employ or solicit the employment of our personnel during the provision of services and for a period of 12 months thereafter. If this clause is breached, the client will be liable for a recruitment fee of £500 to cover staff replacement and training costs.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. All parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within England and Wales in the event of any disputes.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to check our website periodically for any updates. Continued use of our services following the publication of revised terms implies acceptance of those changes.
